He (Trump) needs to quit it with the Scarborough stuff. Even for him, it's a terrible look.

Trump fatigue will hand a possibly senile Joe Biden, of all people, a Presidency. I bet that keeps HRC up every single night.

If only Flynn didn't wear that fetching skirt and low-cut blouse, he would have avoided the unspoken act.

Of pleading guilty?  Nah.  His own guilt did him in.

What about Biden fatigue?

Can we reset? ? ?

And I know your aware that is religious discrimination correct?

Now you sound like a nut. You can view pornography but you cannot put it on billboard, or in a public school. Is that discrimination.

You should check the talking points with Agent Rhino.

Now back to beginning. Twitter is crossing the line for sure. There us no need to fact check Trump. Those who support him believe everything he says, other do not believe anything. Politics and truth and facts never mix.

We have checks and balances in place to keep this from happening, thankfully. In place from the very beginning. I agree.  The past four years has been a real world civics refresher course.  A good criminal procedure class, too.

Of course everyone wants to control their message. That doesn't mean they legitimately want to implement state-run news/media. Can you point me to where Trump has said this or taken any steps toward this (if that's who you're referring to)?

Trump is the first to threaten total shut down. That's the point. He actually wants that dictatorship. You can't lump all politicians into that category of person. I disagree that he wants that dictatorship.  He's rattling and making noise.  There's no use in getting worked up over Trump's empty threats. I'm not into calling Trump a dictator if Trump doesn't actually DO anything to put his words into action.

Trump would if he could, though. The shoe fits.

I might be wrong, but I don't think you're against calling a duck a duck.

Twitter goes around suspending people who suggest wearing masks in the wrong month moments after they tweet and simultaneously allows Chinese gvt figures to tweet out conspiracies about corona starting in the USA, with no hint of "independent fact checking"

Child porn gets openly traded for weeks before they notice because they're too busy plugging political takes as "independent fact checks"

Twitter is a joke and if they want to get into this business they should and will be held accountable for the mountains of vile, from the aforementioned CP to daily threats and libel and God knows what else, that gets posted and remains for extended periods of time

Although a CNN fact checker explains why hordes of bloodthirsty lunatics were allowed to use the platform to try and destroy the life of an innocent high schooler for having a drum beat in his face by a drooling, lying moron, with no repercussions or acknowledgement

? I mean, as a business, it's their right. That said, it's gonna be a shitshow.

Store employee: "Sir. You can't enter without a mask."

Customer: "Excuse me, but did you just assume my gender?"

Store employee:  "My mistake. Please enjoy your shopping experience."

It will be what the market demands.  And the market will demand it because it will help consumer confidence.

My grocery store has a sign stating that customers should wear masks and The aisles have one way signs. None of it is enforced, however.

Same.

Rite Aid has what my wife calls "mask bouncers" who sit at the door, make sure you are wearing a mask, and provide you with a squirt of sanitizer for your hands as you enter the store.

When he acts like a duck-tator then I will pipe up.  Until then, all I do is watch.

We've had enforced mask wearing, including muscle at the door, for MONTHS.

The county I live in has had I think 3-5 new cases in the last 5 weeks. Most people here have stopped being cowards.

I'd love for this nonsense to end, man.

But I live in the People's Republic of New Jersey. Chairman Murphy's been pretty adamant about his little rules.
