Bob in STL Posted June 2, 2020 Posted June 2, 2020 The NFL draft is not a total crapshoot but the first round, especially the early picks, do not always work out to be star players. Look no further than the NHL for a total crapshoot draft. Nothing like drafting 18 years old players, all playing in different leagues of various skill levels, against different levels of competition, in all states/provinces, and across many countries and cultures. 1
