USMCBillsFan Posted April 19, 2005 Posted April 19, 2005 I was just curious. I see a number of people that post consistently throughout each and every day and was wondering what some of you did that allowed you the time to post so much. I am obviously in the Marines and am the fiscal officer for the Camp Lejeune Disbursing office. I am in charge of a 175 million dollar account. Fortunately I am in charge so I have my worker bees that do the bulk and I just certify the accounts. That allows me time to be on here.
drnykterstein Posted April 19, 2005 Posted April 19, 2005 Computer programming. Take lots of breaks from my code to come read about the Bills.
BuffaloBud Posted April 19, 2005 Posted April 19, 2005 I don't post too often, but read the messages quite a bit. Currently unemployed.
SilverNRed Posted April 19, 2005 Posted April 19, 2005 I'm a biomechanical engineer working on forward dyanamics-based computer simulations of normal and trans-tibial amputee walking. So I work on a computer all day and taking breaks on TBD is pretty much the only way to stay sane.
clumping platelets Posted April 19, 2005 Posted April 19, 2005 I am a medical technologist. You go to the ER at Millard Fillmore Gates or Suburban on overnights (11p-7a), good chance that I'm doing the lab work on your blood My advice.....do NOT go to the ER during that time frame. You only make me work harder
MICMAT1012 Posted April 19, 2005 Posted April 19, 2005 I don't post too often, but read the messages quite a bit. Currently unemployed. 308812 Same here. I'll be fixing the unemployed part in June when I move to North Carolina.

Ron Mexico Posted April 19, 2005 Posted April 19, 2005 I'm homeless, living in a cardboard box under a bridge in the Atlanta area. I shuffle in to Circuit city once in a while to get online and see whats up. I eat my own toenails.
USMCBillsFan Posted April 19, 2005 Author Posted April 19, 2005 I'm impressed. We have some very intelligent folks on here. (Marines not included of course)

Campy Posted April 19, 2005 Posted April 19, 2005 I am in charge of a 175 million dollar account. 308803 Throw some of that my way, bro - I won't tell anyone, promise. I'm now a full time college student preparing for a career in teaching history - at age 36!!
BuffalOhio Posted April 19, 2005 Posted April 19, 2005 I'm a Chief Warrant Officer in the Coast Guard. I work in network operations. I have to check to make sure our Internet connection stays up. Also, I've been in for almost 22 years, so I do pretty much what I want to do.
Terry Tate Posted April 19, 2005 Posted April 19, 2005 I'm unemployed, which really allows way too much time for screwing off here. I quit my job in California supporting a USAF computer network (UNIX) and moved my family to Florida. Haven't found any work, so I'm taking A+, Network+, Security+ on the way to MCSE. Figure I'll start back at the help desk and work my way up. Until then, this is home.
KRC Posted April 19, 2005 Posted April 19, 2005 Porn Star. Seriously, I am an electrical engineer who designs and tests labeling equipment for the pharmaceutical industry. I was previously working in the food industry, designing and testing snack food manufacturing equipment. The porn thing is just a side job.

Of course our program is a lot different than yours but it's cool either way.

I'm now a full time college student preparing for a career in teaching history - at age 36!! 308836 You can always teach, Chris. There's no age limit there, which is one reason why I don't worry about NOT having my degree/teaching certificate now, at age 36.
