They know they better put up points. You would think that you’d love to see it. nah makes me nervous as crap

I've slagged him before but he's nailed it. You look at Allen's highlights this year and it's just dime after dime after dime from the pocket. There's no physical limitation where he can't do that for another 15 years. Edited October 9, 2020 by Ralonzo 1

The extra film study. Staying at home studying late at night instead of going out with the boys. This team is all about it. They are like a shining light for players that love football and Diggs said something very similar about the makeup of the team and how much he loves it here. This team has the makings of being special on the field but it is because of the makeup of the players, the culture that allows them to be all about football and their actions off the field that help to create what happens on the field.  If you have ever been in a work environment when people are all in it together and they all are putting in the work and all have each other's back, it makes you want to work that much harder because you don't want to be the one who lets your teammates down. When you are in an environment when most of the players don't really care or the team isn't together, maybe you just stop putting your heart and soul into it as much because you start feeling like "what's the point"? Players are humans and have emotions and when you know you are part of something awesome and you are the type of person that thrives in that environment, you do everything you can to make sure you are pulling your weight.
