Best line: "This isn't a publicity stunt, this is their normal wear," Arpaio said. "What do you want me to do, put them in tuxedoes to move them?" Oh this is great. And for all of you who want to complain that this is cruel punishment, think of the two recent murders of little girls here in central Florida, and think if this is too cruel for those two child molestors.
