Ridgewaycynic2013 Posted May 5, 2020 Posted May 5, 2020 In light of this currently unproven charge against Mr. Favre, the NFL awards a conditional draft pick to the New England Patriots. 1 5 1
Mr. K Posted May 5, 2020 Posted May 5, 2020 well 1 mil seems like something the state would catch pretty easily. Shame on that D-bag (the person((s)) whoever took said money)
T master Posted May 5, 2020 Posted May 5, 2020 Saw that article it's pretty crazy but who ever signed & sent out those checks should be hung in the square & let the people that the money could have helped throw tomatoes or potatoes at them !! At the very least they need to be fired !! 1 1
stuvian Posted May 5, 2020 Posted May 5, 2020 so in order to settle this lawsuit, a comeback will be announced at Jaguars.com 1

Shame on that D-bag (the person((s)) whoever took said money) Yea, no..having been involved in local and state government...the corruption is..astounding. This very article says it was almost 100 million and only the dumbest idiots who are way too egregious get caught. Even then, only a small handful actually get caught or face consequences. 1
KD in CA Posted May 5, 2020 Posted May 5, 2020 Amazing how everyone focuses on Farve and not the person who obviously stole $1mm of taxpayer money. Favre didn't cut himself a check from the State of MS. 1
Lurker Posted May 5, 2020 Posted May 5, 2020 Yeah! Now its likely I won't have to watch those damn Copper Fit commercials with Jerry Rice anymore...

aristocrat Posted May 5, 2020 Posted May 5, 2020 so did favre actually get the checks or did they make it seem like he got a check?
Jobot Posted May 5, 2020 Posted May 5, 2020 Shouldn't we all be MORE surprised had Favre remembered giving these speeches?

I knew I had read somewhere that he was giving back the money and that the auditors themselves stated that they've found no evidence that Favre knew.
