Moss is faster then 4.6 he ran the combine hurt that’s why he was there in the third if he had a normal Utah pro day he would have gone early 2

I think,  maybe, UDFA Agents are telling them to stay away from Buffalo because 'their roster is deep and stacked '.  

Maybe, tough team to make the cut.

I think with UDFA's, it's more just a chance to show what they can do in training camp and preseason games, as there as 31 other NFL teams constantly on the lookout.
