Is this observation based off off measureables and combine drills or actual performance on the football field?

I scouted UCF.  I would have taken AGG personally.  But he’s talented, no question.  I worry about him being able to escape NFL CBs.

I watch him a ton as a UCF season ticket holder.

Size Speed. Not great out of breaks (so not much separation). Good hands. Physical and high points well. When UCF needed a play he is who they looked at. Limited route tree though. Out classes most competitors but will need developing to succeed in NFL

Wow....I would have sworn they would have gone CB here. I know nothing about him. Time for some youtube!

The CB thing is media driven. This is a staff that clearly has got by at CB2 in both Carolina and Buffalo

Gabriel Davis will be a WR1 in the NFL. He has a solid mix of size, speed, routes and hands. Relentless consistency (always got at least 3 receptions per game in 2019). Really hope the Jets draft him because that gives us 2 UCF WRs ⚔️? #NFLDraft

My thought exactly. Maybe because everyone is comparing him to the other WRs the Bills have?

The funny part is he’s listed at 6-3 in another resume page.....so there’s that.
