As a guy who watched a bunch of UCF football, he may not be a burner like Tyreek hill but he has deceptive speed like Larry Fitzgerald coming out of college and he will out jump anyone for the football, I don't think of the games I've watched he missed a 50/50 jump ball. He is going to be an excellent redzone threat to start off his career and who knows when John brown and Beasley depart our roster.

I tell you one thing from listening to him, He may be a good dude but he is not conceding ***** in the WR room. He has the mentality like I respect them guys but I’m not here to kiss ass either cause I’m going to take one of your jobs. I going to the hall of fame so this is just the 1st step

Seems to me this is the combination of Duke and Foster. Maybe they feel they can roll both skillsets into one.   Foster started out great but then had trouble tracking Josh's long ball and fell out of favor with the coaches as he was wasting downs. Duke came on late to be that contested catch monster, but he was 50/50 at best with a few drops. From what I hear of this kid, he's got strong hands so being able to track down the deep ball and haul in the stuff in the middle could earn him a roster spot as the 4/5.

Foster, McKenzie and Duke are on notice and one of them gets cut. My guess is this is Foster's replacement.

Jets had a really good draft. Bills too obviously. Don't think the dolphins did great but they got their QB and had a million picks, so they are bound to have hit on some of them. AFC east should be fun for the next few years.

Favorite, huh? That’s high praise!

I just like the fit. He probably ends Foster’s tenure (and I like Foster). Davis’ ability to stretch the field will lead to some big plays and will open things up underneath for the other pass catchers.

Gabriel might have been the slowest on UCF of the skill positions but that was the fastest team I ever saw and he never looked out of place. I doubt he is ever a 1 but I would be more surprised if he does not get 50 catches a year after his rookie year

Antonio Golden and Gabriel Davis seem a lot the same.

Golden has the higher grade on ESPN but he is flagged for speed, and all his Scouting reports note speed as borderline.

Davis seems a tick faster and is a vertical specialist.

I don’t see much difference between the two actually.

They both project as #4 WR sub package specialists.

Yeah. If Bills come out in five-WR set, defense HAS TO devote lots of attention to Diggs and Briwn and Beasley, meaning Davis likely single covered and somewhat forgotten. I like it.

His work ethic, “dog mentality”, and explosiveness raring to mind you g Stefon Diggs, drafted in round 5. Learning route tree under Diggs and Beasley? Watch out for Davis a few years from now. Whew.

I think you are right in that Foster is not long for this team, DW has a 63.2 catch percentage so at least he is likely to actually catch what’s thrown to him,  McKittrick  may be a goner too,  relevant to who else gets brought in.
