KD in CA Posted April 16, 2020 Posted April 16, 2020 Great actor. He had some good parts in some great old comedies; Chevy Chase's partner in 'Foul Play', and the bartender in '10'. Also the DA in 'Presumed Innocent'. RIP 1
dhg Posted April 16, 2020 Posted April 16, 2020 Great character actor. Remember him being the jerk in Rambo, but then the good alien in Cocoon. 1
Mark Vader Posted April 16, 2020 Posted April 16, 2020 I had the good fortune to see both Brian Dennehy & Christopher Plummer on stage in "Inherit the Wind", in New York City. Dennehy was Matthew Harrison Brady, Plummer was Henry Drummond. Seeing these two actors go at each other in their parts was incredible. I'll never forget it. RIP, Sir. 3 4

Chandler#81 Posted April 17, 2020 Posted April 17, 2020 Great actor. Check out FX if you haven’t. Never got good press by he’s excellent in it. My favorite BD role was the sheriff in Silverado -currently available on Amazon Prime. R.I.P.
Chandler#81 Posted April 17, 2020 Posted April 17, 2020 Good interview from NBC. Wounded Nam vet set him on his path. Very good, short interview with him from NBC. Worth the watch.https://www.nbcnews.com/pop-culture/pop-culture-news/actor-brian-dennehy-dies-81-n1185581
