If he pans out, the Chargers made out like bandits in this draft

I like what happened, but the Browns got a top 3 pick too.

With Tua going at 2;  the Browns got, who some believe to be, the 2nd best player in this draft.  They are all about high profile guys.  It was a lot to give up, but fits them perfectly

or.....

After trade discussions fell through the Jets have decided to make their pick.

With the 11th Pick in the 2020 NFL Draft the NY Jets Select:  Jedrick Wills, OT, Alabama.  The Las Vegas Raiders @Logic are on the clock.

Thought about CeeDee Lamb and Jerry Jeudy here to get Darnold another weapon, Also looked at Edge as well.  However at the end of the day our QB cannot use those weapons while being on his back all the time.  We must get Darnold some protection if we ever want to know that we finally answered our Questions at QB.

@Virgil

Was interested to see what you would do since I had them in the last one. I took Jeudy because the 3 top OTs were gone and I wasn't sure the 4th (Thomas) was a LT.

Would have done the same, but I had the OT staring right at me.  I will admit thought I was selling the pick, which I would have rally liked to do because all my top options where still there and the pick that I almost had was not that much further away than were I was picking now, so I likely would have still been able to get a top OT, WR or Edge.

Yes, had we been able to trade, I would've tried to move back some and do same, though I do have one person who I think would be their #1 option in that trade back scenario...

I will admit out of the AFCE the Jets are probably the team I have studied the least, they really bore me.  So I am glad I got them for this Mock, made me research them a bit more.  I knew their OL was Bad, I just didn't realize HOW BAD it actually is.

Browns with denzel ward playing slot, greedy williams and Okudah back there? Lot of first round talent there.

The only thing that concerns me is the division they play in. I’d think they’d want to get quicker in the box or go 3 safeties when playing against Lamar.

Bengals don’t worry anyone.

Steelers could be good to have those DB’s

If they draft a LT, then move Fant to RT, and they really aren't that bad.  McGovern is actually a decent C, played at Missouri with Morse and Boehm, and their Guards are Ok.  One LT makes a big difference for them.

San Francisco is listening to offers on either the 13th and the 31st overall picks.

You want Barkley?  He'd tear it up in San Francisco.

You guys prefer Jeudy over Lamb huh?

I have Lamb as clearly the best WR prospect.  I might go so far as taking a Ruggs over Jeudy because he adds an element you can’t teach.

I called it a coin flip.  I went Jeudy because he is supposed to be the better route runner which I thought would suit Darnold better.  Ruggs was gone, but I think I would've still taken Jeudy.

No I have Lamb also as the top WR in the Class. Followed by Ruggs and then Jeudy

With the 12th pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, the Las Vegas Raiders select CeeDee Lamb, WR, Oklahoma.

The Raiders felt that our clear number one need was a bona fide #1 WR. We like Tyrell Williams as a deep threat and we’re really excited about Hunter Renfrow’s future in the slot. We have Agholor and Zay Jones for depth, but we don’t have our alpha yet. With our pick of the entire WR draft class, we heavily studied all three of the top prospects at the position. We were enticed by Jeudy’s route running and Ruggs’ rare speed, but we felt that the former may fit best in the slot and the latter may lack the ability to be a true, dominant #1 WR. CeeDee Lamb will step in and immediately start for us at the Z spot in coach Gruden’s west coast offense. He has physical abilities you just can’t teach. His YAC ability, for instance, is off the charts. In 2019, Lamb had 376 yards after contact (third-most in FBS) and 683 yards after the catch, and he forced 26 missed tackles. He can take a 5 yard slant and turn it into a 60 yard touchdown in a heartbeat. We are thrilled to add him to our team and believe he will add tremendous big play ability to our offense.

@Watkins101 and the San Francisco 49ers are now on the clock.
