Royale with Cheese
Soso, MS has taken a direct hit so far from a "catastrophic" tornado and a 2nd one is coming in the same path. This one looks nasty and it looks like it's going to cause significant destruction....

RaoulDuke79
That picture is terrifying. Tornados scare the living hall out of me. I've always been fascinated and terrified by them. Thankfully we don't get many serious ones up this way.
Seasons1992
That's an EF5. I have two morbid things that I follow: giant tornadoes, and plane crashes. That twister is at least 1.5 miles around. Whatever it hits, it destroys (No Rocky 4 humor here, please.)

We have about 30 Dallas Cowboys over for drinks to night. Bug dudes.....I don’t think we will all fit into the first floor half bath. Oh well, they are Cowboys. Looks like it’s tracking north of where we are into less densely populated areas. Still, prayers to everyone in the path. Screw social distancing if you need more secure housing. Get there! unbillievable
Fun fact I just found out: The average "tornado hot spot" outside the US reports less than 30/year, with most appearing over water. The USA has more than 1000/year.

On the rare occasions we get one nearby up here, I'll still to this day grab the scanner, hop in the truck and go see if I can find it. Every time I do it, I feel like Roy Neary.....
