Been watching some old playoff games on YouTube and remembering all the best teams had good dependable kickers... which we no longer have. Anybody worth a late round pick in the draft? I'm finally ready to move on from Hausch$

I hear this guy is available. Not sure hes a big upgrade though.

I believe Rodrigo Blankenship is the number one rated kicker in the draft. Tyler Bass also looked good at Senior Bowl week.

I’d rather spend a late draft pick on a punter (Braden Mann) instead of kicker.

Rodrigo Blankenship nailed a few 50 yarders this year, and broke Georgia's Touch-backs record. If we keep all of our picks, I wouldn't mind using both our 6th rounders on Blankenship and Mann.

H-Money was decent in 2018 (a bit shaky in the 40 plus range but serviceable on 50+) but in 2019 while he was still good on field goals under 50 yards (only missing 2 out of 23 sub 50) he was only 1 for 5 on field goals in the 50+ range. While I think consistency in the 49 and under range is good and a must (you have to hit 90% of field goals under 50 yards) you have to have some range to hit 50+ field goals. I think you need your kicker to have at least 50% on +50 field goals. 20% just isn't going to cut it. I agree that they need to at least bring in some competition.

I'm all for this. Not sure they'll be there, though.

The Pats cut this guy in December, but may invite him back to training camp:

If the Cheaters cut him what with their kicking issues, I'm sure he lacks consistency.

I would never draft a kicker or punter so it really depends on who is available after the draft IMO. Shouldn't be difficult to upgrade Bojo. I'm not certain we can find a good upgrade for Haushka but we should definitely bring someone in and find out.

I went to the practices in person and watched these two kick the ball.... it wasn’t even close.

Tyler Bass was far superior. Dude was making 50 yard FGs with ease. Potentially could hit 60-65 yds.

Im a UGA guy, but Blankenship looked like a HS kicker next to Bass. His range looked around 35-40 yds. Anything past that it just didn’t look like the power was there. Where with Bass a 45 yarder looked like a chip shot.

Blankenship will not be drafted. I don’t even see him making a team next year. Bass will be Draft I’d say rd 6?

Hauschka had a bad beginning to the year but finished strong. People seem to forget that. Making 18 of his last 19 FG's.

We are fine at kicker. Bring in a UDFA but don't waste a draft pick.

I think the Patriots are a lock to draft a kicker this year.
