A judge ordered an Iowa county Thursday to invalidate 50,000 requests for absentee ballots, agreeing with President Donald Trump's campaign that its elections commissioner overstepped his authority by pre-filling them with voters' personal information.
 

Judge Ian Thornhill issued a temporary injunction ordering Linn County Auditor Joel Miller to notify voters in writing that the forms should not have been pre-filled with their information and cannot be processed. True absentee ballots are quite controlled and thus are OK. The mass mailing of ballots to anyone who might be registered or anyone who might be alive plus anyone who might have lived at the same address plus any pets with snappy names is just asking for fraud to be committed. The dems know this but would rather win by cheating than have elections with integrity.

I've received 2 requests for mail in ballots at my home for people who no longer live there.  I can very easily fill them out, mail them back and get 3 actual ballots and vote 3 times.  Not legal but I could do it.  Meanwhile, the other 2 individuals can also vote in their districts.

In NY it's a felony to make a false statement applying for the mail in ballot , attempt to cast an illegal ballot , or help anyone to cast an illegal ballot  Each person must apply for themselves.   This is from a county BOE website.

Laws only matter when they get enforced or when an individuals moral center prevents them from acting in a way that would violate them.

 

It is extremely unlikely that any left of center judicial process would attempt to prosecute Leftists from voting multiple times, because it doesn't matter if laws get broken, if the end result is to cast anyone out of office who disagrees with the current Leftist agenda.
