I'll never understand why fans say a guy could score on any play when scoring was so rare on any punt return (for example).  The best ever for the Bills was Parrish and he scored 3 times in his career.

Any doesn't fit either--not at a 2% rate.  Not for one guy.

 

Maybe in a global sense--where in theory any player on any  particular play can score?   Well that's certainly true.
