Chandler#81 Posted March 26, 2020 Posted March 26, 2020 Sad. Saw him and the Globetrotter a couple times at the Aud. Great fun and a great player! An ambassador of good will! Thank you for the memories, Curly! 2
Saxum Posted March 26, 2020 Posted March 26, 2020 My father actually took me to see them as a kid. Knowing what I know of him it is surprising. RIP
KD in CA Posted March 26, 2020 Posted March 26, 2020 The Globetrotters from that era were awesome. Funny seeing him put up those crazy long shots......Steph Curry gets about $40m a year to do that now. RIP

Great entertainment for generations. I loved taking my boys. Good times. He brought families together and made people smile, that’s a nice legacy. RIP. 1 1
Uncle Joe Posted March 26, 2020 Posted March 26, 2020 RIP. The kids on my block all wanted to dribble the ball like Curly.
