Parham would be an interesting grab. Raw small school guy who has some upside. I think I remember reading he came to football really late in life, so the rawest of the raw. But an interesting guy.  
 

The easy connection to make is Artis-Payne as a former Carolina draft pick. Not sure he moves the needle.

I think there will be strong interest for Houston QB PJ Walker, but he'd be great as not just a backup but a useful wildcat player too. But yeah, I like Ta'amu as well.

I like Ta'amu and have brought him up once or twice in other threads. I think he is a great option as the third guy for camp and should have a decent chance of pushing Barkley for the job. His play is closer to Allen than it is to Barkley, which seems ideal for your backup QB.
