No!!!!   There is more to being an NFL backup than simply being the next man up. These guys spend hours together breaking down film and working out together. It's an important  relationship.

I wouldn't hate Flacco as a backup. Veteran Super Bowl QB who had similar traits to Allen (Big arm mobile QB with percieved accuracy issues) but I just don't see him passing a needed physical.
