He's not my ideal choice as a #1 wideout on this team, but lets not pretend this wouldn't be an upgrade. He's coming off his least productive season, but still averaging 950 yards a season for his career. He's a home run threat, who averaged over 1100 yards a season for the 4 years prior.

The Bills don’t really submit to that “#1 WR” notion by their own philosophy, they spread the ball around and want a stable of quality WRs
