jkx2 Posted March 10, 2020 Posted March 10, 2020 (edited) He's a versatile and stable guy who was arguably Detriot's best lineman. Played all 3 inside positions. Edited March 10, 2020 by jkx2 Clarify 1
CaptnCoke11 Posted March 10, 2020 Posted March 10, 2020 He’d be a great addition if they plan on playing Ford at RT. 3
Gambit Posted March 10, 2020 Posted March 10, 2020 (edited) Why is he being released? Seems kinda odd if he was their best lineman. Edited March 10, 2020 by Gambit 2

Turk71 Posted March 10, 2020 Posted March 10, 2020 Yes. He is a good player. Over 800 snaps last season, 0 sacks allowed. 1
Malazan Posted March 10, 2020 Posted March 10, 2020 He'd be a nice upgrade, but I'd rather they found a high end right tackle and used long/ford at guard
Just Joshin' Posted March 10, 2020 Posted March 10, 2020 So Lions did not want to resign or he refused?

SoCal Deek Posted March 10, 2020 Posted March 10, 2020 Glasgow? We need some good Scottish attitude in the trenches. Where's Robert the Bruce when we need him? 1
Formerly Allan in MD Posted March 10, 2020 Posted March 10, 2020 Can be signed immediately by anyone who wants him. Sounds like a decent starter or good depth player.

This is good for 2 reasons. 1, he can replace Spain on a multi-year (3 year?) deal. Second, it puts another good guard in FA, which could increase our odds of keeping Spain. 1
