I’m not sure how much of the rift between Diggs and the Vikings is his fault.  So there’s some locker room risk, but for a second I pull the trigger.  He is worth more that so I’ll take the discount to our second due to that risk.

I don’t understand why the Vikings are always trying to get rid of him. What’s the deal?

Per Spotrac, they're $12 M over the cap.  Worst in the NFL.

If that’s accurate then it’s a no brainer. No matter what I’d have to believe that the Vikings are trying to move him, too rumors over it for quite some time now.

Diggs is young, productive, and on a VERY reasonable contract for the next 4 years. We would be fools to not be all over this.

The rumor is a 2nd, according to who? That makes no sense. The bidding would start at a 1st and another mid round pick. Every offseason we see a ton of rumors like this that never pan out.

I mean Josh freaking Rosen was traded for a second.  Run to the phone Beane, go get him!

While you’re at it, send our 4th to TB for OJ Howard too.

I don’t hate the idea, but there’s a lot of red flags.

- why is a team wanting to give up its best weapon?

- what differentiates him from other diva receivers we’ve seen moved lately? (Moves that at the time seemed like no-brainers for the buyers, but turned out to be huge wins for the sellers)

- is he going to want more money? If so, how much?

- is it better to trade commodities and pay him as opposed to getting someone in this loaded draft class?

I think Diggs is a great fit for the Bills, and hes actually got a very team friendly deal considering Robby Anderson is probably going to get more than him on the open market. He reminds me a lot of Laverneous Coles as guy who is tough as nails and can make that tough catch over the middle.

Sure you can argue that the Bills could keep their 2nd round pick and and draft someone in a deep WR class, but its a big year for Allen and you cant go wrong with adding a proven weapon still in the prime of his career.

And it takes a WR a few years to get acclimated to the nfl. We need help now

that the offense this year used him more as a decoy than anything. Oooo and Cousins isn’t good. Oooo and major cap issues
