I wouldn't mind it if they did it but they can fix this problem themselves by just simply scheduling better matchups. There were some teams that got Monday night games last year and I'm not sure what the schedule makers were thinking. Schedule better matchups and there's no need to flex

so you can tell us right now what two teams in December 2020 are guaranteed to be good, that are playing each other?

I'd set the first 5 weeks in stone with just 1 chosen game.  Gotta give teams a chance to fall apart before you change the matchups.   I don't think there is MNF in week 17, so that would just leave 11 weeks to deal with.   Minimize the impact.
