The sports network (Altitude) in Denver that carries Nuggets/Avs/local colleges has been involved in a p!ssing contest for a while with the main cable/satellite carriers over rights fees.

The result has been that Altitude is not carried on any of the systems.

As a result, virtually everyone in Colorado has been blacked out from watching their teams for over a year. And that includes blackouts on any NBA/NHL packages that they buy on satellite or computer.

I dealt with this for an entire baseball season while SNY fought with Time Warner Cable.  I ended up getting the MLB Radio subscription and listening to every Mets game (that wasn't either nationally televised or against the Yankees) on the radio that season.
