I had the patriots who don't have a 2nd round pick so I can pick up an extra team if needed @Virgil

Do you want the Bears?  They have 2 picks

Also, I assigned you the Texans in round 2 as punishment for trading away the Bills hopes and dreams

He already got fired by BOB.

As for the 10% thing- good in theory, but maybe better to just let guy decide whats fair and if they end up making a bad choice, they can join Reed as the whipping boy of the thread. ;)

The 10% was always meant for the first round as that’s the trend being shown in the NFL for the past two years

We’re gonna end up with 2 picks for the whole draft. Reed83 better be killing free agency this year

My goal has been 4 picks in the draft 1 in each round and using history in moving up in from #22 to 16 it only costs a 3rd and nets a 5th in return - Virgil made me overpay

You already blew it.  No more trades for you!

you're a 2014 WR class guy aren't you?

not in 2018 for my trade

Not as much with the 10% thing.

Ruggs Jeudy and Lamb will be better than any other WR in this draft, bank it.

Be careful with declarations.  They tend to come back

I was really happy that we traded up for sammy.  I was wrong.

Even after getting torched in the sammy trade, If you traded up for juedy or lamb, I wouldn’t have said a thing.  But you traded multiple picks for the THIRD best WR on your board.  THAT doesn’t make sense to me.  His speed is amazing, but the difference between him and Reagor isn’t worth all those picks imo.

Not if they end up in Jacksonville.  Where they end up will help dictate their career.  If the Bills drafted Michael Thomas, he wouldn’t be the Michael Thomas we know today

I'm comfortable with these, the caveat is that they go to the right situations and not rot with a crap team, which can easily happen. Also, crushing hopes and dreams is what I am here for. You draft for talent and make moves for talent if it makes sense, scoring points and creating opportunities to do such are that we don't have that on offense at all so you make a move to do that.a high-ceiling super athletic guy who can catch the ball and score at any time.

FWIW. If I stayed put (or the top 3 were gone) it would have been between Kristian Fulton & Trevon Diggs as they are BPA at that point and somewhat of a need, but WR is our biggest hole in the roster. In RD2 it would have been a move up for Ayuik, who I like better than Shenault.

I generally do well in RD1 of the draft; pissed about Mahomes and Oliver was who I coveted - along with Bosa. I was wrong Josh guy though :)

My biggest concern with giving up picks in the first 4 rounds to move up in this years draft is more around me believing that strong talent is going to fall.  Already in this mock, there's a few guys that we could easily trade up to get in the 2nd round that are strong first round talents.  It's not that I don't believe in your assessment of Ruggs, it's that I think we will be better off with our 22nd pick and who we can also add in rounds 2 and 3.

Sammy was tough, I thought Mack, but you have the top 3 guys there and could have taken any of them and kept that 1st year pick the following year, which we knew would be a premium pick. It was dumb, but Sammy was a great prospect.

Actually on my board it is Lamb, Ruggs is not far behind and then Jeudy. I was high on Jeudy going into the season, but he has slid down a hair and I would move for any of them around pick#13. They are all top tier talents and better than the next grouping, a lot less question marks, higher ceilings, less development time.

Remember true cost to move to #16 based on our trade in 2018 was #22 & #65 (3rd - very high third) = #16 plus their 5th RD Pick#154.

The difference between pick 15 & 16 is 50 points, which is equal to a mid 4th and we have one that is worth 47 pts with pick #125

Cleveland in the top 10 I believe. Spelled it Deloitte tho on accident

Ah, that makes more sense.  I just checked the last names as I made the selection.

Let's try this again....

The 49ers select Tee Higgins, WR, Clemson

With Sanders becoming a FA and Shanahan's ability to mold young talent, the 49ers taking the falling WR and keep their offensive talent young

@bkep32 is on the clock and check your messages
