Actually all he’s said is he wants to stay in Cincinnati and the team has stated they’ll use the franchise tag. It’s not a direct quote, but when it came u about being tagged, green said he doesn’t want to play on a one year contract,  it isn’t someone to turn down $18M

I think he asked the Browns to cut him after they signed Odell because he wanted to play, and he looked like the real deal when he got a chance.  Assuming he's not commanding a huge deal, I'd be total

If it’s a one year prove it type a deal I’m for it ,  But we still have to draft at least one WR , I wouldn’t be against drafting two WR ‘s in this deep WR draft

absolutely. Green wants to stay for several reasons. However, Brown is notoriously cheap and money may change his mind. The tag money is going to tempt anyone in his position though.

He is 4 inches taller, 30 lbs heavier, and believe it or not he is also faster than Brown.

talking in terms of production/role on team, not physical traits. Perriman may be turning a corner coming off his late season in Tampa; I’m not convinced yet. But yeah, physically he’s got the tools to be a WR1, that’s why he was drafted so high.

Forget FA for WR this year.


We have 2 great vets in Beasley and Brown. 
I would draft 2 in April and bring em up.


Draft 1 high and one low (who can play ST...think Roberts replacement).
