The point of this country is that the government works for us, not the other way around. The government does not grant us rights, we have rights.

Agree with this and your phrasing. The government enforces our rights and when they in conflict, one right often prevails over another.

You can't "fire" in a crowded theater. Your freedom of expression is overridden due to public health concerns.

There are so many examples like this that it really doesn't bear listing. The point is this: The government 100% has the right to abridge constitutional rights when another right prevails.

The prevention of worshipping in parking lots was dumb. I'm not wasting time on stupid governors making one-off dumb decisions and it's being addressed.

Much more worried about big decisions that save lots of lives and reopen our economy soon.

Go back to where I addressed that. It's through due process that rights can be limited or curbed. Such as your example, as well as in cases of felons who lose their rights. It's through the checks and balances of a three tier government with the ultimate authority being the constitution as applied by the judicial branch. It is not the right of the government to willy nilly steal away rights - even in the context of "public safety."

The government 100% has the right to abridge constitutional rights when another right prevails.

Two things-

1- this is 100% wrong. They do not have the right to abridge constitutional rights without modifying the constitution. That's why we have the constitution.

2- you still haven't shown a single "right" that is overpowering any other right that is being suppressed right now. Public health is not a constitutional right and it certainly is not an excuse to pull my rights - especially me as someone who isn't infected and is not doing anything to harm anyone else- regardless of what the government says.

Italy is pretty linear. See above, which is a similar pattern as its deaths.

Pretty linear, sure. Using a polynomial regression they are the only country of the 5 I'm tracking with an upwards curve (positive growth).

But the government has shown us so often how capable they are of taking care of our every need... Why would we doubt them?

Italy is actually trending back towards positive growth (bad thing). The curve is turning back up...

Total cases, for reference.

As is Singapore

Trump should put out a model based on what would have happened if he hadn't cut off traffic from China when he did. Just say the whole ***** world would have died. The data is all there. Clearly.

Biden is a lot of things, but a shoo-in is not one of them.

The dude can't even read a teleprompter without urping up some morning tapioca. I still have no idea how he will be able to stand up in a two-person debate for two hours when he can't sit-down and read from a piece of paper for five minutes.

By the time Trump points out his ties to China, and reminds everyone how he finger-p[hucked one of his assistants against her will, the left will be BEGGING to have him replaced with a can of tuna fish.

Hey... Maybe if this all goes on long enough there wont be any debates.... I wonder who that would help the most...

Biden would actually be a better candidate if he was inanimate and people had to control his every move.

They can't control his every move, which makes him a liability. Especially around little girls with long hair.

No, Trump will demand there be a debate.

The treasonous senator ignores the fact the WHO tests were bunk, and some were carriers of the virus itself.

But who needs facts and details when you're on the CCP payroll and working to undermine your government?

Can you explain this a little further? “Some were carriers of the virus itself”. Are you saying they were injecting or giving people with the virus with the test?

The tests were contaminated with Wuhan virus.

Numerous reports the past two months of China selling/giving PPE and tests to other countries to help fight the virus, only to discover that the equipment/tests were contaminated with the virus -- either through incompetence/negligence (most likely) or intentionally (least likely).
