Notice the media has shifted from deaths and "cases!" to "but the children!" and "we don't know long term effects it will have so keep the schools closed!"

Because the cases have plateaued everywhere and might just be starting to declining rapidly.  We'll know more tomorrow and Wednesday because the virus takes the weekends off.

Oh.  And this was predicted 3 weeks by Captain of Team 20% Theory:

The liposomes have continued to be well-recognized as an important nano-sized drug delivery system with attractive properties, such a characteristic bilayer structure assembling the cellular membrane, easy-to-prepare and high bio-compatibility. Extensive effort has been devoted to the development of liposome-based drug delivery systems during the past few decades. Many drug candidates have been encapsulated in liposomes and investigated for reduced toxicity and extended duration of therapeutic effect. The liposomal encapsulation of hydrophilic and hydrophobic small molecule therapeutics as well as other large molecule biologics have been established among different academic and industrial research groups. To date, there has been an increasing number of FDA-approved liposomal-based therapeutics together with more and more undergoing clinical trials, which involve a wide range of applications in anticancer, antibacterial, and antiviral therapies. In order to meet the continuing demand for new drugs in clinics, more recent advancements have been investigated for optimizing liposomal-based drug delivery system with more reproducible preparation technique and a broadened application to novel modalities, including nucleic acid therapies, CRISPR/Cas9 therapies and immunotherapies. This review focuses on the recent liposome' preparation techniques, the excipients of liposomal formulations used in various novel studies and the routes of administration used to deliver liposomes to targeted areas of disease. It aims to update the research in liposomal delivery and highlights future nanotechnological approaches.

All state bailout money (what this is all about) should be tied to full reopening and reopening of the schools.

Trump will be called a murderer.  If him and his team can't explain why this is not the case and the only science deniers he sees are the people calling for them to be closed.

Remind them that the virus fully saturated NYC and its schools in March.  Did any children or teachers get hospitalized let alone die?  Or did the virus instantly on March 13th just skip over everyone and went right to the Assisted Living Facilities?

We are so stupid.

...why should state bailout money go to those fiscally inept BEFORE Covid-19?......why reward gross incompetence?.......and those same bailout requests will include HUGE sums for damages incurred during the "peaceful protests"....why AGAIN reward those who have no idea how to govern or to deal with the death and destruction in their cities?.....NO WAY IN HELL should they be allowed to "go to the well" under these circumstances....screw that......even under these conditions, they CONTINUE to spend recklessly......no need for me to waste time listing......you know the drill.........

You do know though that if states don't get that bailout, il Douche Cuomo will just raise taxes, again

...of course he will....he's already rattling that sabre........but when it happens, albeit income tax, sales tax, property tax, coupled with major cuts, "it's all Trump's fault"....his ongoing gross fiscal ineptitude and mismanagement becomes a NON-ISSUE just like nursing home deaths, what he referred to to deflect criticism as a "shiny object"....yet knowing his deficit, he continues to spend.....latest is $500 million to refurbish I-90 rest stops where you stop to pee and get coffee...500 MIL??....sales tax receipts are cratering as he keeps businesses shutdown.....one of our municipal jobs with a NYS county already has SIX contractor claims against it for non-payment......spec says you must keep working and "work out those details later (paraphrased) or else"...we cannot give them leverage...that County's AP department laughs and will tell you "we know you will all win in Court"......but in the mean time, I have to carry 65 grand in costs relative to my claim.....President Cuomo in 2024.......

I don't disagree at all.

I just don't consider the situation as a result of gross incompetence.  And i don't consider any funding they get right now a reward.  Attach something about cutting so you somehow....attach or tie it to reopening.

Do people (talking directly to team safer at home) not understand how severe the hit to their States budgets are going to be?  Now and come the spring?  Better get on the phone with your union rep and start demanding that they stop advocating policies they think are keeping you healthy when in reality its putting your career or job at risk.

I don't follow him. Found myself embarrassed for him too many times. What now? Bashing Trump...again?
