The reality is once we get passed round 4 I think any player drafted is going to have a hard time seeing the field with the depth that we have built on this team. So, I am looking to upgrade a position that we have been trying to for a while All three of these punters have draftable grades IMO. So, go get one. I really am not going to be comfortable going into camp with Kaare Vedvik and Corey Bojorquez in a punting battle. All kickers in the draft have undraftable grades and without seeing an actual upgrade to Hauschka right now just stay with him. Just know that anything over 50 yards at this point I would seriously consider going for it instead, especially in open air conditions. Write-up I did on the Group to Justify my thinking I'm all for throwing a 6th at a punter. Bojo needs to have tough competition this camp/preseason. Those 6th rounders used on other picks will have a tough time making the team anyways. Side note: I don't like having an active RB slot used up for a special team guy that can't be used as a RB. No more Sinorise Perry's. I want 3 useful RBs on game day. Edited January 24, 2020 by ColoradoBills
MJS Posted January 24, 2020 Posted January 24, 2020 Until they have clear upgrades, keep them together. That goes for pretty much every other position. 3 minutes ago, ColoradoBills said: I'm all for throwing a 6th at a punter. Bojo needs to have tough competition this camp/preseason. So you keep Bojo until you have someone you know is better.

If Singletary gets nicked you don't want to be stuck with 1 back. It just bugged me that his spot was strictly STs. Having some sort of "change of pace" guy that can do both is desirable. 1
billsfan89 Posted January 25, 2020 Posted January 25, 2020 Bojo and Haush should be given camp competition to earn their spots. Both had very uneven and inconsistent seasons last year and they should have to earn their spots in camp. Ferguson seems OK, Roberts is a quality return man and I think DiMarco (ST ace supposedly) all will have a niche on the roster on special teams.
GreggTX Posted January 26, 2020 Posted January 26, 2020 Kudos to Bojo. He was supposed to be a liability, but he actually did quite well. I know Hauschka struggled for a while, but given his past, I'd have to see another kicker just wow the coaches before I'd replace him. I expect him to bounce back. Still, there's never any harm in providing competition.
