Used him as a measuring stick. He was HC of the niners for 8 years, so believe he had something to do with building the teams. What about Tom Flores, he also won 2 Super Bowls. Seifert just didn’t screw it up. Although, it’s debatable because he didn’t do particularly well against JJ and Holmgren in the playoffs.
