Hebert19 Posted January 12, 2020 Posted January 12, 2020 AFC is terrible. Bills could beat any of these teams. Any give Sunday in AFC this year. Hope it's just the start for us and we didnt miss an opportunity 7 2 1
Andrew Son Posted January 12, 2020 Posted January 12, 2020 I think that's the takeaway- AFC is wide open going forward. Add a couple weapons and we're right in the mix. 7 1

These games just reinforce the idea that once you get into the playoffs anyone can advance. You shouldn’t just be happy to get to the playoffs 3
JK Fan Posted January 12, 2020 Posted January 12, 2020 There is not one team in the AFC that is dominating anymore. The future is bright for the Bills and I believe we are at the start of something big. 2
Hebert19 Posted January 12, 2020 Author Posted January 12, 2020 Patriots regressing. Chiefs in cap hell sooner than later. Baltimore is severely limited by jackson. Houston will be same. Tennessee still doesn't have a QB (come on) and the rest are mediocre teams. 1
peterpan Posted January 12, 2020 Posted January 12, 2020 Bills may have been the best team in the AFC this year. 2 4

NewEra Posted January 12, 2020 Posted January 12, 2020 We’re contenders as long as Allen continues improve. Last weeks loss made me physically ill. We most definitely could’ve made the super bowl. I think the niners, if they make it, are too much for us due to their DL. Sherman would also find a way to cheat 1

Happy Posted January 12, 2020 Posted January 12, 2020 IMO, biggest problem we have is the coaching staff's game management philosophy. No closing instinct, they seem content in allowing the opponent to stay in the game. 2 1
Chicken Boo Posted January 12, 2020 Posted January 12, 2020 I disagree. The offense isn't good enough...yet. Not far off though. 5
VADC Bills Posted January 12, 2020 Posted January 12, 2020 Agreed. We can not put up points like the other teams. But we are not far off. It's not all on Allen although he must improve. Our coaching has to step up as well. 3
billsfan_34 Posted January 12, 2020 Posted January 12, 2020 The AFC isnt terrible- the NFL has a lot of parity- the Bills are an above average team that will get better still. 2
The Firebaugh Kid Posted January 12, 2020 Posted January 12, 2020 Absolutely had the same thought. Still think Buffalo is a go-to player away. Kelce, Hopkins, etc. Still....they coulda beat KC. 1
Mango Posted January 12, 2020 Posted January 12, 2020 Inversely it means that this team is a few plays away from 8-8 because on any given Sunday in the AFC... 2 examples: 1. 1st jets game. It’s the only game we won where we lost the QB differential. Darnold also had mono. 2. TEN. They missed 4 field goals and had 2 TDS called back. Mariota was benched shortly after. We won 14-7. 1 1
BigBillsFan Posted January 12, 2020 Posted January 12, 2020 Sorry but we can't do what the Texans or the Chiefs did in the 1st half offensively. Defensively we're there, but we are miles away from scoring 28 points on the Ravens or 24 (Texans) or 28 like the Chiefs in the 1st half. Until we have some 30 point games on teams outside of the Dolphins we're still far away. 7 3 3

No telling how the stars will align next year and at least at first glance a tougher schedule. 4
