I hate the thought of going into the season with jut adding a couple roomies at the WR position....don’t think the Bills can afford to have whoever they draft at the position go through growing pains as we saw with Zay Jones. Think they need to add a very good veteran on top of a rookie.....who that is I’m not sure.

don’t they have two Veterans in Brown and Beasley on this roster?

Yep, and they need one more opposite Brown, IMO.

So need three veteran WRs to teach your rookie.

I can’t wait until AJ Green is tagged so I can stop reading about him on this site

but as I said I am ok with Green on a 1 year Prove it Deal.

yup- and you can toss a young guy in to grow in the system. Heaven forbid we end up with 4 solid guys.

I will be disappointed if they don't come away with 2 WR's from this draft...........even if they somehow acquired a vet like Green.

I remember the 2014 draft was deep at WR and it seemed like the supply was going to keep coming............and then the next few drafts proceeded to be WR poor..........gotta' get while the gettin' is good.

Well sure they can always just try to start a rookie in Daboll's offense and take their lumps Cody-Ford-style until those few glaring mistakes every game are the difference between advancing or going home in January.

there are also a lot cheaper Veterans that will be on the market over a guy that is gonna want a three year deal and hasn’t played football in over a year.

if he will take that 1 year 15M incentive deal that Alshon Jeffery took. I am all for it.

I’m not concerned with money. The Bills have loads of cap space and now is the time to take risks.

Pay value. His value is 1 year 15M prove it deal. Anything MORE is a MASSIVE risk and over pay and costs flexibility or player in the future.

Looking at the FA WR for 2020 I think Breshad Perriman might fit the bill and not break the bank  Looks like he might be poised to produce like a 1st round pick after bouncing around a bit

I think so too.

likely a 4 year 32M with 20 guaranteed is good value there.

comes to 8M AVV.

his value is going to be between 7-10AVV I think. And I don’t see how Tampa can keep him with Evans and Godwin

I'd rather give the $10 million a season to a 25 yr old Hooper, who will be just as productive, if not more than a 31 yr old injury prone WR. Smoke & Beasley and the WR coach can the rookie WR up

Scheduled to hit free agency. Wonder if he'd be open to Buffalo? I'll bet he'll be a man on a mission in 2020.

John Brown is nice but he's not enough on his own-- let's give Josh the confidence in knowing the guys around him can win matchups and make plays for him.

exc for all the injuries...if we want an old great WR i would prefer the slightly less injured julio jones

Add Yannick & Conklin and I'm damn good

I do make the exception on Hooper.

my strategy if I was running Bills right now is

buy the OL, DL and LBers

draft the WR, TE, QB, RB, CB

but can also be talked into buying TEs just like I can be talked into drafting LBers.

I would usually draft the Edge/DE, but Yannick makes it simple this offseason. I wanted Barrett, but he isn't going anywhere.

What are your thoughts on LB? I'm really thinking a 2 down run stopper and kick Edmunds outside. It is cheap and will be effective enough
