Let the players decide the game. Handfighting? It looked like a world class arm bar by Rudolph. Saints get jobbed again 1

He wasn’t going to run for the first down there and it was 4th down. What good does going to the ground do? You cant be serious that you don't know why???? Incomplete pass stops the clock. Going to the ground lets you burn clock or force them to take a timeout.

Should be a good play call next year. Hey Allen run 19 yards behind the line of scrimmage then throw it 15 yards for a oh wait what are we doing now? when Josh scrambles he has to learn to not turn his back to the play---it never works 1

You're begrudging the Qb extending the play on 4th down on the last drive when the entire offensive line failed to block? You are an american treasure. I think the point here is that Allen needed to be prepared there would be a Blitz coming that might well get through. Although the line was porous, regardless of that there needs to be a QB instinct there above all else. He processed it all too late. We were lucky to get the ball back.

A tip of the cap to him On a different topic, for the first time since 2004, none of the slew of great Probable-HOF qbs drafted between 2000-04 (brees, brady, manning, rivers, roethlisberger) have made the divisional round. A changing of the guard is happening.

In OT, in the playoffs, ALL reviews will be initiated by the booth. So, IOW, they are closely watching EVERY play, and if they see something that needs further review, and/or see something that they think they may want to change, they'll radio down to the field to hold up things. In THIS case, they obviously were "good" with the TD. 1
Process Posted January 5, 2020 Posted January 5, 2020 Brees/Payton so overrated. When one guy is 90% of your offense and your number 2 option is a third string QB you are not winning a Superbowl.

It's just not fair game for defense. They don't call obvious holding on pass rushers and they let OPI go all the time. They have gotten better at calling pick plays but still let WRs push off.

Tcali Posted January 5, 2020 Posted January 5, 2020 Good job by Cousins.Never been a big fan of his though.
london_bills Posted January 5, 2020 Posted January 5, 2020 Maybe a brilliant o line solves everything. 1
