We will be a massive regression candidate next season for several reasons, though the time for talking about that is still a long way away.

Really tired of people saying how smart Bills fans are. Passionate. Yes. Smart. Not so much. I’m not sure any reasonable fan is saying to tear it down. Some good pieces to build upon on this team. Good season to build upon. But everyone has a real reason to be pissed tonight. Conservative coaching/play calling, Allen falling apart, running Gore far too much, defense completely collapsing, BS penalties and rulings (that TD on the kickoff), blowing a 16-0 lead, probably some more I a missing. Take your pick. Not much to be optimistic about with that collapse. 3

Yeah a lot can change in an off season. But there schedule is going to be tougher. Josh and the offense have to get better.

Need to average more than the 19 or so points per game they did this season to be successful in today’s NFL.

We're going to find out all we need to know about Josh Allen next season. They need to upgrade the offensive personnel (obviously) and Allen needs to play quite a bit better given that schedule. If he's a FRANCHISE QB, we're going to see the kind of leap that makes 10 plus wins attainable facing a tougher lineup. Edited January 5, 2020 by LSHMEAB 1

The defense spent the first half on the sidelines while the offense went on several long scoring drives and the same came be said for the first 10 minutes of the third quarter. It's not like the offense was going 3 and out just punting the ball back to the Texans. They were very well rested at the 5 minute mark of the third quarter and fell flat on their faces.

It’s the playoffs. They had an entire game plus overtime and couldn’t put up 20 points. 2

This is what happens when you don’t go for the throat. Bill O’Brien was begging the Bills to beat his team, and they didn’t take advantage. Running Frank Gore on 2nd down, punting at the Houston 28, and settling for FG’s cost this team. It’s a crying shame this team isn’t playing next week and it’s due to the conservative mindset from the top. O, and don’t go to the airport and cheer on a team that totally collapsed. Raise the damn standard here and demand more. Ridiculous. Wasted season, and next year the standard should be nothing less than AFC EAST CHAMPS. If not, heads need to roll. Lots of folks here are seemingly super ok with this BS game and season. Its disgusting. 1 1

They need to upgrade personnel , Allen and some of the other young guys need to continue to improve and honestly we need more from the coaching. McDermott needs to be willing to change his game plan week to week Some weeks we need the defense to take some chances and try and create havoc. Defense did not have one td this year. On offense some consistency and identity would help. Your building blocks are Allen and Singeltary. make the rest fit what those two guys do best He needs to be better with personnel decisions No more tired vets playing over more talented players

Boatdrinks Posted January 5, 2020 Posted January 5, 2020 Most everyone on this board is ticked off. This game was more winnable than at JAX as they had a 16 point lead in the 2nd half. It may not have been 35-3, but HOU got their revenge. Not sure what you’d like fans to do about it, but no one’s smiling after this one. 2 1

What are you talking about? Houston finished with a whopping minute ten more in TOP. Wow the Bills offensive players must have been tired also, right? No one should've been tired with an all but even TOP, most had last week off.
