Sherlock Holmes Posted January 5, 2020 Posted January 5, 2020 Still need McCaffrey...run a lot of 2 rb sets

Thurman was elite and could carry the team on his back. Singletary is a better than average RB he has a great juke but average speed. I think he is closer to Kenith Davis than Thurman. 1
PolishPrince Posted January 5, 2020 Posted January 5, 2020 Good thing we only handed off to him 13 times versus super productive Hyde at 18 (sarcasm) 1

I kept thinking to myself in OT, give Singletary the ball, give Singletary the ball. Instead one pass play after another. I wonder If all those folks that hate a conservative run 1st O got their collective bellys full in OT. Edited January 5, 2020 by Figster 1

But man oh man can he be bad when he has to pass block. A lot of that Josh Allen fumble was because Singletary completely whiffed on trying to get a secondary block on Mercilus. He looked like he wanted no part in trying to make that block. Yep probably one of the few times he didn't step up well on the block in pass protection he has been pretty solid in this area all year
Jerry Jabber Posted January 5, 2020 Posted January 5, 2020 Would had liked to see more screen passes to Singletary today. Disappointed with Daboll’s play calling (again). Otherwise, Singletary looked great today. 1

DuckyBoys Posted January 5, 2020 Posted January 5, 2020 Clearly our best player on offense today and once again underutilized . I hope if Daboll stays on they figure out that the offense should always involve Devin. 1

He was very weak at pass pro today. 46 minutes ago, Brianmoorman4jesus said: He’s the best player on our offense and has been since week 1. The only person who didn’t realize it was our offensive coordinator. Here’s to hoping a team is dumb enough to hire him away from Buffalo. Thanks for the help on my thread description. DRA3196 Posted January 5, 2020 Posted January 5, 2020 13 rushing attempts in game that close was not enough. He needed to be more involved in the 2nd half. 1 1
qwksilver Posted January 5, 2020 Posted January 5, 2020 Nice post OP. Completely agree. Where are all the Trolls saying Allen sucked and he's the reason we lost? Maybe they responded and I've just blocked them. 1

I haven't seen a Bills RB with moves like that since the days of Thurman Thomas. He is perhaps the only very bright spot this season. Smoke too, but he is a outstanding back with a very bright future. 1

Cheektowaga Chad Posted January 5, 2020 Posted January 5, 2020 He is very good. Probably our best offensive player He didn't touch the ball in the most meaning 15 minutes of the season 1
whatdrought Posted January 5, 2020 Posted January 5, 2020 (edited) Bring in someone who runs a little harder, but can also work in the passing game and we’ll be good to go! The fact that Singletary didn’t touch the ball in overtime is criminal. Edited January 5, 2020 by whatdrought 2
