All I can say is :doh: !

 

Eric Shelton found out that around 18 NFL teams received background reports on him that found him guilty of acts he didn't commit. As it turned out, a company hired by teams to do background checks confused Eric Shelton, the running back, with a different Eric Shelton who had a criminal past...1999 aggravated assault, 2001 marijuana possession. Poor kid is visiting the Panthers and they spring this on him.

 

I wonder if Infomart has ever thought of using something besides first and last name to conduct background checks. Shame on them! :(
