No, the refs cost us this game with that penalty. And the overturned kickoff TD. And the non-call delay of game on the Texans' 3rd & 18 play. And the litany of non-calls on their offensive line, and the litany of non-calls on their WRs' offensive PI, and the offsetting personal foul when their guy tackled our guy way after the play was over on White's forced fumble.

These things were not our players' faults.

Don’t forget Watt knocking Allen down then landing on him with his weight after he threw the ball. All calls go out the window when Josh is getting hit...

1. Duke barely plays all year - throw it to him all game .

2. Throw to your fullback 40 yards into double coverage.

3. Don't use Gore or singletary in ot.

4. Lateral to no one after a long run.

5. Could make it an easier kick to tie it up but throw two balls into the stands 40 yards down the field.

6. Forget watt , don't block him

7. Play loose zone on 3rd and 18 covering too far down the field .

8. Play too conservative in the 2nd half. Too aggressive in OT .

I can go on and on. Talent is not the issue.

Daboll needs to go.

Resign Frank.

For the love of God teach Josh to hold on to the football.

Allen's lack of situational awareness is staggering.

How many times has he taken a sack or grounded the ball knocking us out of field goal range this year?

5? Maybe 6 times?

His football IQ is incredibly low.

Lateraling the ball with over a minute left, searching for a field goal was one of the dumbest things I've ever seen from a QB.

Neither one of the sacks in the drive before he led the game tying drive were his fault. Not. Even. Close. Get a god damned clue. It will be your first.

Our defense is elite.

Houston's isn't.

If we had Watson instead of Allen we win by more than 30.

if we had Deangre Hopkins we win by 20

There is just no way that this offense should have been asking Josh Allen to throw 46 times...no freaking way! and Singletary with only 13 rushes.

This game was the Mr Hyde side of Brian Daboll and he can throw in some trick plays now and again but he can't figure out how to get a solid run game working. Or get the pass plays with proper protections working.

There was a thread of Daboll getting an interview with the Browns and half of the Bills fans crying about it because they love the guy...I just don't understand why that is.

Or why he should even remain on this coaching staff.

The hurt will pass. Shut off the TV and sports talk. Forget about the Bills for a while. In two months you’re going to be ready to go for next season. You’ll enjoy free agency and the draft, then the summer speculation.

The future is bright. Don’t bail on something you love just because it hurts right now.

Thanks for the kind words. It’s tough. But I appreciate you not talking ***** back to me. Your a good man

Coaches and players totally pooped the bed in the 2nd half.  No excuses losing a playoff game up by 16 w/26 minutes left.

Allen looked like a deer in headlights in the 2nd half and Tre got smoked by Hopkins when the game was on the line.  Defense fell apart when Watson started running the ball.

As a season ticket holder that drove round trip 13+ hours from MD for 5 games at the Ralph this season and spent the money to come to Houston, this is so disappointing.

Not in the mood to hear about “The Process” anymore because that just went off the rails today - going to be another long, bitter offseason.

In the 3rd quarter the Bills defense went into prevent and the offense put in Frank Gore. They were acting like it was the end of 4th quarter and they needed to protect the lead. There was still a lot of time left. By being conservative and trying not to lose they lost. Bad coaching, poor execution, bad tackling, bad refs = L

1 TD against a bottom tier defense.  They played ‘not to lose football’ all year and it caught up to them.  Total choke.  This will be a long offseason.

I am on board in wanting Daboll to go but are we certain McFieldgoal is the answer as the head coach? It starts with him and if that game plan is part of the process then he should follow Daboll out the door as well.

Texans fan here. Just wanted to congratulate y’all on a really good season. Y’all had me stressed out of my mind lol. I know it’s a hard loss to take but I definitely think y’all are trending in the right direction. I have a few quick thoughts about y’all’s team. The defense is every bit as good as advertised. I know y’all are mad at them especially for the third and eighteen given up but they played well most of the game. Biggest things for y’all is getting Allen some help. Allen needs more awareness for sure but I felt like some of his mistakes were due to having nobody on offense. Brown and Beasley are great complimentary pieces but y’all need someone better. Also y’all need a tight end because I’m not even sure who y’all have even after watching the game and they are usually the security blanket. Anyway great game, I know y’all will be back next year!

Allen needs more awareness for sure.

Spot on. Concern is you can only coach awareness so much, it's an instinct and when instincts kick in he will do what he does.

Mmmmmm. No.

I've been a fan since 1983. Try again.

You have scores of things to do, yet you're here caterwauling like a spoiled child. Not buying ANY of that post, buddy.

Bills - 78 plays

Houston - 58 plays

Allen - 52%

Watson - 80%

Allen can make great plays but his decision making and accuracy must improve.  He's not good enough yet.
