Dablitzkrieg Posted December 25, 2019 Posted December 25, 2019 He's fat, slow, and old? Strike 3 you're out 1
KGun12TD Posted December 25, 2019 Posted December 25, 2019 I wish he was on our team. I love Gore, but he’s done. He’s great for the locker room and that’s it.
frostbitmic Posted December 25, 2019 Posted December 25, 2019 He played the first two games this year for the Lions before getting cut. He averaged 2.7 YPC in the two games. 1

DRA3196 Posted December 25, 2019 Posted December 25, 2019 Both Turbin and Lynch have familiarity with the Seahawks playbook, having played together from 2012-2015. The Seahawks needed RB's familiar with their system. Just a thought

T master Posted December 26, 2019 Posted December 26, 2019 Maybe he likes Trump that would be enough reason to keep him out, its a conspiracy !! ?

There will never be a bigger conspiracy than no team interested in signing a guy who was dumped by 5 teams in 24 months. 1
Bing Bong Posted December 26, 2019 Posted December 26, 2019 (edited) Probably a little long in the tooth for his size. That said I'd rather him over Frank Gore. His weight certainly isn't a detriment. Dude has been a bowling ball On 12/25/2019 at 10:55 AM, Dablitzkrieg said: He's fat, slow, and old? He averaged 2.7 YPC in the two games. Kerryon Johnson is averaging 3.4 per carry as their feature back; 5.4 last year. This is now the worst offense in football, kind of like the Bills with Derek Anderson last year. (Although CJ had the benefit of 2 Matthew Stafford games before he was cut) I don't know what CJ did or failed to do that's made him so untouchable. He kept hinting at something when he tweeted about "The Game" and how he presumably refused to play it. What "Game?" Yes, 28 year old running backs are not in huge demand, but CJ actually outplayed Todd Gurley last year (as in one year ago, not 3 years ago) in his brief stint with the Rams. He's never been fast or looked like a chiseled athletic specimen, did you actually see Marshawn Lynch in a Raiders uniform? EDIT: thinking about what active player most reminds me of CJ ... the answer is Devin Singletary. Edited December 26, 2019 by The Frankish Reich
