I don’t like it personally. There is NO upside imo. What do you guys think?

Ugh. I suspect I get McD’s thinking in the aspect of all games are important, particularly the next. I understand that but I also get the big picture and would much rather the guys who are critical or dinged-up had a week off.

I’m ok with everyone playing 1-2 quarters. Athletes are creatures of habit and so there’s value in keeping them in their routine. It’s going to look really dumb if someone important goes down though.

He doesn't say how long they'll play which I think is telling. I don't mind them playing for a half, I just hope they try some new things for fun. Why not activate Duke Williams and Yeldon and see what happens?

Going on a run and winning the SB is a pretty big longshot getting a young offense as much experience as possible makes sense.

It just feels to me like the juice isn’t worth the squeeze. There are a bunch of guys that absolutely wouldn’t play for me: Josh, Tre, Dawkins, Motor, Morse, Edmunds, Milano, Brown and Beasley. Those guys just don’t have the depth behind them to risk it.

No, you’re free to go to church.

I wouldn’t but that’s just me.

Not ok.

Offers no benefit and too much opportunity for injury

I understand the sentiment; however, any of those players could go down with an injury in the first few plays of their first playoff game. They are a young core and, after the last 3 weeks, it would be nice to get a little consistency back on offense heading into the playoffs.
