I don't think the Titans beat the Chiefs.  KC will go to Foxboro and hopefully Andy Reid doesn't choke and can beat BB up in Cheatland.

Ranking the AFC Playoff QBs

#1 Lamar Jackson

#2 Patrick Mahomes

#3 Deshaun Watson

#4 Tom Brady (if Brady plays like he did vs Buffalo in the playoffs he is #2).

#5 Ryan Tannehill

#6 Josh Allen

When the day started, PIT was #6 and TEN was not in. They both lost. When the day ended TEN was #6 and PIT was not in. Was there a strength of victory flip or something? There isn't a head to head...

Sort of. When the day started Pitt was ahead in conference record, 6-4 while Tennessee was 6-5. So Pitt owned the tiebreaker. Since they lost to the Jesters, Pitt's conference record is now also 6-5, so the tiebreaker now belongs to Tennessee via strength of victory.

that would be awesome if the Raiders actually made it in!

I hope it happens. I feel bad for the city of Oakland, so it would be nice for them to make a cinderella run all the way to the AFC Conference Championship, only to lose abruptly to the Bills by the score of 51-3.

Want to know something crazy? It's possible that only 10 NFL teams finish above .500 this season, though it would require the Titans, Steelers, Eagles, and Rams to all lose next week.

NO!!!! The Titans need to lose next week and the Colts need to win at Jacksonville so Indy finishes 2nd and we can play at Indy next year, not at Tennessee. Tennessee has found their franchise QB in Tannenhill, who is on fire. Indy has Brisset, and is looking to draft a QB. They are a dumpster fire.

Tannenhill is playing behind a much better OL than at Miami. The protection has allowed him to make better decisions.

Damn, that looks pretty doable...

I think St Doug and the Jags are going to spoil things.   I think they knock off the Colts. If that game was in Indy I’d probably pick the Colts.

You're afraid of Tannehill? Buffalo has owned Tannehill.

Touché

But he is what he probably is at QB...

An above average starter who has been streaky his whole career.. he will play like a probowler and then like a back up

He's not even above average. He's as average as average gets, which means he'll always have a job but will never do much without serious pull from the rest of the team.

But yes, he's capable of putting together a nice stretch of games because he's an NFL QB.

Pittsburgh all day Titans are a lot tougher.

Exactly, Titans have an okay shot at winning in KC whereas Pit has no shot.

If they win the 6 seed automatically goes to Baltimore for the division round which would put the Bills back in NE, a much more desirable 2nd round game.

Steelers getting in doesn’t help the Bills at all.

He's never been a bottom 5 QB and is statistically better than Fitz who has thrown for 30 k yards so I would maybe give him a slight bump to slightly above average

I don't think he is a world beater by any means but he weathered the ups and downs of a QBs career and outplayed #2 pick Mariota.. on a good day he is actually a good QB... On a bad day, which alot happened against buffalo, he's bad

What interests me with Tannehill is that a couple years back he was impossibly bad throwing the ball long.

That was basically the point when they lost hope in him.

He's flipped that somehow and found touch/accuracy on downfield throws.

Allen should find out what helped him.

The healthy last year in Miami he was one of the best deep ball throwers. Just dealt with a lot of injuries.

I still see him as exactly average and a perfect measuring stick as a QB. If you are better than Tannehill you'll have a decent career at least. Worse, your team will be looking for someone else in a couple years.

It's almost the worst place to be, because he's good enough to win some games so you don't want to cut ties unless you are sure you have someone better, but he'll never get you a championship. Kind of like Dalton.

There are dozens and dozens of QBs who "cannot win you a championship" and yet had good careers as NFL QBs

And then guys like Dilfer and Foles won SBs and Dalton IS better than them

At the end of the day , not everybody is all pro caliber and that doesn't mean you didn't have a successful career

Fitz has had a tremendous career and he would be put into the "can't win a championship"..

Im not a fan of tannehill as a QB but when teams have a guy of his caliber , they usually keep him for over 5-6 years because as you said replacing him without getting a top pick is hard

Tannehill will do his usual full season disappearing act next year. Just wait.

YES!

Titans over Chiefs

Bills over Texans

Ravens vs Titans

Bills vs Pats

Itʻs our best shot to the AFC championship either at home vs Tennessee but most likely on the road vs Baltimore. If we are gonna play the Ravens I want it for a trip to the Super Bowl and not for a trip to Gillette

lol, Tannehill. he will revert to his norm.

Much more afraid of Derrick Henry, an actual good RB, putting up 200 on this defense. Henry is a freak. As long as Tre is healthy and out there we shouldn't wish for a team with one of the best running backs in the league.

I live in Indy and they like Brissett.  They were 5 and 2 when the Colts were bitten by the injury bug hard this year.  This team, when healthy, is a tough team to beat.

yep.  injuries kill seasons.  Indy is prime example.  I wonder what the Bills record would be this year if they had had a normal number of IR type injuries to starters?
