Texans or Chiefs.  Texans W next week and Chiefs lose 1 of 2 or Houston L and Chiefs LL. Then buffalo plays at KC

if they win thrn division round will solely be based on who wins the 3 v 6 game because 3 plays 2 and 6 plays 1 thrn 5/4 winner plays the other.

if 5 and 6 make the championship round then buffalo hosts.

Do we know if the game will be on Saturday or Sunday?

What are the possibilities for the Bills' first round playoff games?

And can the outcome play any roll in home field as the playoffs progress?

Too lazy  to find out it out myself.

The Bills finished the season with a 6-2 record on the road.

Maybe we don't want a playoff game at home.

Thanks, and after the Bills take care of  houston, who is the likely 2nd opponent?

The other Wild Card game will probably be KC versus Tennessee.  If Tennessee wins (They are the 6th seed), Buffalo would likely face New England while Tennessee draws Baltimore.  If KC wins that Wild Card game (as the # 3 seed), they would play New England and Buffalo being the lowest seed left (#5) would draw Baltimore.

Texans.   I think it's a winnable game too.  Divisional round against the Ravens may be the end of the line though.

How can it be a winnable game when a totally objective National reporter says our QB sucks?

its still tight.

KC and Hou are in a death match to the end for #4.

if KC loses tonight Houston needs to lose next week.

Way too many situations where Buffalo goes to Arrowhead in the playoffs.

Since the advent of the 4-division system, the #5 seed wins the Wild Card game slightly more than 50% of the time...which makes a certain sense, since it's a match between the strongest non-division winner and weakest division winner.

On those grounds alone, I'm hopeful...but honestly, it's a coin-flip, and we still have a week of regular season football to go (where people can get injured - if they play Tre White next week, I'm going to have a heart attack.)

I'd honestly bench the entire first string defense and make the offense play they need all the work they can get at the very least at least the first half.  We need to get a good quick fast start out of the O.

Why are the Seasnakes at 11-3 not yet “in” but the Vikes at 10-4 are so indicated?

I’ll put it out there I don’t “get” all the nuances and tiebreakers.

I think they're both in, but it's not determined yet who wins the NFC West, so SF and Seattle each could be the division winner or the #5 seed.

But the Vikings are solidly at #6.
