John from Riverside Posted December 21, 2019 Posted December 21, 2019 I actually understand Gore over Yeldon thought I would have played Yeldon earlier in the season to keep Gore fresh but with Duke....EVERY SINGLE TIME we get into the red zone I end up shaking my head that Duke is not active......we have NOBODY that can high point a ball because we dont use our TE's that way. The other frustrating thing...if Duke is gonna sit for a guys not Brown and Beasely can we please USE THEM 1
oldmanfan Posted December 21, 2019 Posted December 21, 2019 Ok boys, let’s matriculate the ball down the field. And bury Brady.

CNYfan Posted December 21, 2019 Posted December 21, 2019 I don't pretend to be football smart but I thought Yeldon might be a useful tool against the "zero blitz" packages we might see. And generally as a safety valve against the blitz pressure the other team will surely employ against Josh today.
Brianmoorman4jesus Posted December 21, 2019 Posted December 21, 2019 The one thing that really doesn’t get mentioned. What if the Bills beat New England today but also hurt Brady so that he can’t play next week? Then the Dolphins could definitely beat them. Also, the bills could still potential get a first round playoff bye.

They just aren't in Daboll's plans this year. Nope. Not surprised. Hopeful. I’d be fine with it if we had a killer O, but that’s not the case. Why not try something different and make every possible offensive improvement option available in what figures to be a tight game? 1

Need to isolate 26 on their linebackers and get him down field on pass pattern. Their LB’s couldn’t cover Houston’s RB’s. Mismatches baby! 1

I’ll give you the Yeldon fumbles as a possible concern, but he had a solid game receiving as a safety valve for Josh last time against the cheats. You’ll never convince me these two can’t run down the field and make a tackle on special teams. Been playing football their entire life. Likely, multiple positions. And...even if that’s true, why overemphasize special teams at the expense of the offense? Not like we are a scoring machine or fielding a dominant special teams coverage unit.
Tatonka68 Posted December 21, 2019 Posted December 21, 2019 Bills win 17 to 0. Donut for Brady who is pulled in the middle of the 4th quarter.

stevestojan Posted December 21, 2019 Posted December 21, 2019 The Bills will likely lose today. But remember, NOTHING changes because of that. The only thing that matters is we are in the playoffs. Let’s keep having fun with that. The only way we would win the division is if the Pats also lost to the dumpster fire Dolphins next week. The only team we need to focus on is (likely) the Texans that we destroy in the first round of the playoffs. 2
