Stallions Posted December 17, 2019 Posted December 17, 2019 The team improved to 6-1 away from home which is the first time the Bills have won six of their first seven road games since 1964. Going to Houston or KC in the Play-Offs doesn't scare me at all! Actually, I think it's scary good! 2
TigerJ Posted December 17, 2019 Posted December 17, 2019 Looking a lot like Houston. There's no reason why Buffalo can't go into Houston and come out the winner. 5
Talley56 Posted December 17, 2019 Posted December 17, 2019 And the Bills won the AFL championship that year. That's a good sign. 2

DRA3196 Posted December 17, 2019 Posted December 17, 2019 One of the hardest things for a young team to do is win on the road. I am not sure what the team is drinking. But they don't seem to be the least bit phased by the bright lights of primetime or unfamiliar stadiums. The mental toughness of this team is amazing. Seems good from a fans perspective to have such high confidence in this team, that is growing and learning leaps and bounds every time they take the field.

One of the other hardest things for a young team to do is win on the road in a prime-time game. First Thanksgiving game for probably 95% of the roster. First Sunday Night Football game for many as well. Big games. Everyone watching. Those are big-time victories. Of course, none of this matters because Josh Allen's stats were so bad last night. 1 2

PJBrown7 Posted December 17, 2019 Posted December 17, 2019 Awesome! I have to think that a major reason why they are able to do so on the road is because it’s almost like a home game every time as #BillsMafia reps everywhere!!! 1
MyDogLuvsPB Posted December 17, 2019 Posted December 17, 2019 Hearing that was a big surprise to me given all those SB teams we had!
Dr.Sack Posted December 17, 2019 Posted December 17, 2019 We have two more games before the playoffs. I’m going to make a wild prediction. We host the Steelers in 3 weeks.
Marv's Neighbor Posted December 17, 2019 Posted December 17, 2019 Those mid-late 60's teams were the best! Back then, everyone thought that's the way it would be on the future. Not quite, but I am enjoying where we are now.

That would be an exciting road playoff game. I think we can beat anyone on the road...but, even more so in Houston. Go Bills!
