The tackle made an audible "pop" noise and I thought, "Wow, good hit," but then he went down and my thought was, "Oh lawd, I hope that pop wasn't his shoulder." Seemed like a stinger, those are awful. I played JV football and got one in the collarbone when I ended up at the bottom of a pile for a fumble. Someone's facemask came down right in that little area where the shoulder pads don't quite cover your neck.

I thought he'd for sure broken his clavicle. What a relief when they showed him on the sidelines seemingly okay. What a shock when he was back on the field in no time. Then that second INT... just a rollercoaster.

I was at a bar that had until recently been called "The Steel Pit" in Los Angeles. Not sure why they changed the name, but it is still frequented by Steelers fans. When Tre got hurt, I yelled, "NOOOO!!!," and a dick in a Steelers jersey laughed at me, and pointed. They're awful fans, even from 3,000 miles away.
