He sort of stated the reason for his anti-Bills bias when they were talking about the Super Bowl era Bills, and he said we had to beat the Bills to get to the Super Bowl when I played in Cincy, and we never could do it. That's got a lot to do with it IMO.

He should learn how to say Dabolls name correctly. His analysis of blaming drops by receivers on Allen was a bit over the top.

Allen does often make his receivers make difficult catches, they're often stretching as much as the can. He does need to be more accurate.

Such homers on this board. Collinsworth was excellent as he almost always is.

Nope.

He was definitely more interested in viewing the game from a Pittsburgh perspective.

He couldnt stop talking about Washington. It was borderline creepy at the end of the game.

He had a moment there near the end that was crazy... Said something like, "I'm just so proud of him"

Like what the hell?

I disagree. I wasn’t hearing what you guys were. I thought he was pretty spot on for some of buffalos stuff. Pittsburgh is the better story. They were going to be talked about more no matter who calls the game look what they’ve done and who they’ve done it with, more importantly who they did it without. I didn’t see him as biased calling the game. Most of the guys can get annoying. It’s 3+ hours of hearing them talk.

Get bent

I was trying to impersonate Collinsworth's voice tonight, and came up short.  It's like an old tube amp that is just starting to break into overdrive, without going all in.

He is the owner of profootballfocus ... PFF cannot be shaken from their narrative. We may sneak into the top 20 teams in their power rankings with this win ... but unlikely

I was wondering the same thing

I dont know that he said anything wrong, I've just hated him since the 90s.

I've hated him since he took shots at Bruce Smith for missing a playoff game with the flu. Collinsworth didn't really know anything about how sick he was, but tried to disgrace him on national TV. And I do believe it stemmed from a personal grudge.

I've hated Collinsworth on snf since he stepped in for madden. All week I've been saying how the worst part of the bills being on snf will be listening to Collinsworth call the game

I know the Bills suffer from announcer bias as much as any team in the league but I don’t think I wanted to shut a guy up as much as I did this guy tonight...my goodness the guy was practically calling the game from the Steelers front office

Total Allen hater. I didn’t like the broadcast at all.

CBS is way better than NBC.

Favorite part of Chris Collinsworth tonight was when he talked about how important Andre Roberts has been on offense.

It was a big play Roberts made tonight.  I like having him, McKenzie, and now Kroft because we can get contributions from anywhere.

Overall though your point is correct.
