Scenario 1 -

Bills win out and NE loses 2 of 3

Bills have better record

 

Scenario 2 - 

Bills beats NE and NYJ.

NE loses to Buf and Mia and we win division on tie bc ot division record.

 

There may be others but those are the ones I know off the top of my head.
