Drifter Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 This game has cemented my belief that a stud WR is the off season priority. 1 1

Wacka Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 IMO should have from the challenge flag on that final play. I though Brown was interferred

The game I'm watching Brown had to wait on that throw and Peters caught up and slapped it away. With Brown's speed that ball needed to be another 2 yards in front of him. So yes maybe Hopkins catches that as he fights off the defensive back. Rogers would have thrown that TD. Not a knock on Allen, today wasn't his most accurate day. Same throw as earlier in year against Philly when Darby knocked it away.

Jackson was pretty bad today for anyone who actually watched, too. Notice that? 3 ridiculous drops today. If our guys catch those, it's a different game. Knox needs work with the jugs machine this offseason. Edited December 8, 2019 by transplantbillsfan
Nitro Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 Daboll's play calls in the final drive were not the best. 1 2
BigDingus Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 Just now, Aussie Joe said: Any blame to go around for Allen? Of course not. His pair of fumbles, countless missed open passes, horrible sacks that actually were on him that took us out of scoring range, doing nothing when in great field position, terrible reads, and looking totally lost aren't his fault. Because 3 passes were dropped, it's Daboll's fault for not possession each player and physically making all them execute their jobs. All Daboll. Josh's last drive was proof of his greatness. 3 penalties that gave us first down after first down, all proof of Allen's franchise qualties. Forget Lamar Jackson somehow finding a way to succeed against a great defense, why should Allen be expected to find a way to play competently?
thenorthremembers Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 Oline was bad, wideouts were bad, tight ends were bad. If Allen hits his playmakers running wide open down field they win by two scores. They have got to fix the long ball. 3
