78thealltimegreat Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 I know we still need another WR...but watching Jonathan Taylor tonight for the badgers...has me drooling at the prospect of him being in the same backfield with Motor Singletary...just a thought 3 1
Doc Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 LOL! I was thinking the same thing last weekend. 1 1
Conlan93 Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 That would be a steal at the 32nd overall pick. 3 3 5 1
NewEra Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 Please no. Nice player. Don’t want a a RB before rd 4 this year 3 1
Prickly Pete Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 I hope they draft another back to compliment Singletary (hopefully not in the 1st round tho). If they are going to alternate the backs every drive, you need 2 good backs.
aristocrat Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 I said the same a while back. Be great to just run it down at will to go with Allen’s pass game.
Teddy KGB Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 Can we go after Kareem Hunt ? Guy looks awesome. 1
atlbillsfan1975 Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 We don’t need a running back in the first round. Singletary has shown you can find good backs in later rounds.
Royale with Cheese Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 We already have thunder and lightning with DiMarco and Singletary. DiMarco might be the second most important player on the offense behind Allen. 6
Mike in Horseheads Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 They spend a 1st round pick on a RB I'm going to wonder if Russ or Buddy are back
njbuff Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 There will be lots of good RB's available in this years draft that won't be first round picks.

wppete Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 I was thinking the same watching the game. That would a crazy Offense. But we need DE, WR, LB, OL also. Would be I tersting.
Rc2catch Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 It’s highly frowned upon on here but if Tennessee let’s Henry walk I’m paying that guy. Beane knows how to work a contract. Henry doesn’t have the wear and tear guys his age have. Tennessee never really featured him until the end of last season. Guy is durable, fast, and of course he hurts defenders he runs so hard. We can afford to pay good for a running back on a 5 year deal especially since Beane seems to always leave an out early in the contracts. I would be in shock if he hits free agency but Tennessee is a really weird team. I live in Tennessee and he’s the only reason I can watch them since I hated Mariotta so much. Drove me nuts the last few years when they’d give all the carries to Dion Lewis and didn’t use Henry. 2

Then the best available wr in the 2nd. Pairing Taylor with Singletary would be devastating to opposing defenses.....
LeGOATski Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 There will be some power backs in the mid rounds, like Tre Ragas.
Special K Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 Personally, I would love to pair Singletary with Zack Moss of Utah...tough runner similar to Frank Gore....would be an awesome 1-2 punch. 1 1
MJS Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 Definitely not a good idea to take a RB with a high pick. Maybe in the later rounds.

Don’t want a a RB before rd 4 this year It really just depends on what transpires during FA. Yes, we don’t need anywhere the haul of last season, but a fast, big bodied WR and a proven pass rusher will do wonders for us! Then take care of our own soon to be expiring contracts. If we manage to do this, no position is off the Board in Rd. 1.
