Awww come on now, you can't expect the FBI to do any investigation. It isn't like its in their name or anything. <_< Facts-smacts. BELIEVE US!! is their motto.

Someone explain to me how one report has two COMPLETELY DIFFERENT conclusions around here?

Who’s lying and who is telling the truth?

Those who are reading only the media coverage are getting it wrong.

Those who only read the executive summary are getting it wrong.

That's the normal NPC crowd who RACED down here to share talking points rather than read the material for themselves. The meat of the report is DAMNING to the FBI, DOJ and their FISA process -- and I'm only about 1/2 way through.

...so let's quickly review if I understand correctly...

1. Horowitz comes out with a luke warm, non-finger pointing report pretty much as expected; thus as a Dem and Obama appointee, it will be considered eloquent, accurate and "gospel".

2. Bull Durham-with his investigation ongoing, yet despite being assigned several high profile assignments by former AG Holder, his findings will without a doubt be labeled a "political hack job".

3. AG Barr-see #2; add in a "Bush appointee" and of course, add in the dreaded "C" word.....media characterized Barr as "a staunch conservative who rarely hesitates to put his hard line views into action."

...pretty clear cut as to how the media leans, but how about "the court of public opinion"?....

James Comey sure seems vindicated if you read his tweets on the subject.

So there’s that.

And he was immediately dunked on by everyone. As he should be. This report vilified him. The spin off report just about him also vilified him. He has been exposed as a liar and dirty cop. Full stop.

But, will he be charged? That is the $64,000 question.

True indeed. Ball is in Barr's court. Money is long against it, but I'm still quite confident it's coming.

Seriously, Comey is out banging on about being the King of the Dipshyts of the Keystone Cops.  The guy was fired, last seen wandering about the forest pondering the many questions of life, oversaw an FBI that couldn't get it's thumb out of it's own a$$ when viewed in it's most positive light, and now has NBC news accusing it of being just another slap dick institution.  The leadership was largely purged, and Comey's thrilled with the outcome.

Honest to God the guy is delusional. He's the lead designer on the Edsel project and again, that is when considered in the most positive light possible.

"Comey will be indicted by fall 2019" - Derrrrrrrrrranged Moron

You're not a liar, though, you were just wrong.

It is still autumn, 2019.

Call him wrong later this month if it turns out he is wrong.

..Horowitz=vanilla as expected?...yes or no?............

Vanilla plus. It what was expected and did more to help Democrats than Republicans.

In my opinion Durham commenting on an open investigation to benefit the president shows he's in the AG's (At this point Barr, not Giuliani, is Trump's new personal attorney) pocket.

....doubt it...this is the proverbial "....let be friends....kiss and make up...errors on both sides" expected garbage.....''we'll do better" refrain.......

That was an early reaction. The new response is that it's damning in the details and will lead to mass convictions all the way to the top baby!
