Hapless Bills Fan Posted December 7, 2019 Posted December 7, 2019 It's on Schop and the Bulldog which I know many don't like, but really good listen I knew a lot of this but still learned a few things I didn't know Micah comes across as One Smart Cookie 2 1 2
billsfanmiami(oh) Posted December 7, 2019 Posted December 7, 2019 That was awesome. Sounds like he could be a coach someday. I came away feeling a lot better about the game Sunday. 1
The Dean Posted December 7, 2019 Posted December 7, 2019 Terrific. I doubt either Shoop or Bulldog were able to understand it, though. 1 5
Rocky Landing Posted December 7, 2019 Posted December 7, 2019 That was super generous of Hyde to go into such detail, and minutia. It was almost to the point of saying too much. He mentioned the idea of teams running screens against them because they had experienced trouble against the screen. When he said that, I remembered Dallas doing just that-- one, in particular, that looked like a textbook demonstration of a screen. Good listen, though.
Ridgewaycynic2013 Posted December 7, 2019 Posted December 7, 2019 (edited) I have gotten the impression that Hyde’s weekly segment is generally interesting and informative, plus he actually shows up. I think Stevie Johnson bailed or ‘forgot’ about half of his weekly interviews with the afternoon show. Edited December 7, 2019 by Ridgewaycynic2013
TroutDog Posted December 7, 2019 Posted December 7, 2019 That was crazy cool...thanks as I never would have heard it as I loathe those guys: too pompous for my taste. They do just a touch more film study than we did in HS 30 years ago. ?

I don't think Hyde was telling any opponent anything they didn't already know 1
