Trump_is_Mentally_fit Posted December 16, 2019 Posted December 16, 2019 Dershowitz and many Rs have tried to conflate maladministration and abuse of power. The Framers rejected maladministration—being ineffective or inefficient—as grounds for impeachment. In contrast, they saw abuse of power as central to the meaning of high crimes and misdemeanors. 2:20 PM · Dec 16, 2019·Twitter for iPhone 1

Trump_is_Mentally_fit Posted December 16, 2019 Posted December 16, 2019 Rudy G, at the very least, should be called to testify. Barr, too, he was in on this. All this screaming about this not being fair? Well, stop hiding the truth, let these clowns testify. 1

I thought the only acceptable witnesses were those who could give speculation about third-hand hearsay accounts based on their feelz. 2
Foxx Posted December 17, 2019 Posted December 17, 2019 (edited) so... if i understand this correctly, ***** u schumer wants to call his witnesses but doesn't want Repubs to call any witnesses. in what god forsaken reality do these dimwits reside? i say let both sides call whatever witnesses they want and let the cards fall where they may. let the truth out or at least let any and all questions thereof, that might be the truth out so it can be examined in the light. what are the Dems afraid of? lets make this whole thing into an examination of all things 2016 related so we can once and for all put it behind us and move forward with correcting the wrongs. Schumer says he wants impeachment trial focused on facts, not 'conspiracy theories,' as he balks at GOP calling witnesses Edited December 17, 2019 by Foxx 2 1
Trump_is_Mentally_fit Posted December 17, 2019 Posted December 17, 2019 Obviously, the founding fathers would have sided with the Democrats in this. They were against allowing foreign influence in our elections and the stone walking and obstruction by a branch of government. Trump has to turn over documents and allow witnesses to testify, and the Senate or Judge Roberts need to uphold their oath to the constitution Trump is is against a republican form of government, checks and balances, our security forces and the rule of law
